Key Goals:
✅ Ensure Accurate & Timely Financial Reporting – Complete month-end close within four days and maintain reconciled balance sheets.
✅ Support Financial Analysis – Provide weekly and monthly financial reports, including revenue reporting and P&L variance analysis.
✅ Maintain Compliance – Adhere to GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies, ensuring accurate sales tax reporting and inventory counts.
✅ Optimize Accounting Processes – Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
✅ Uphold Wildman Core Values – Demonstrate integrity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning in all aspects of the role.
Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
🔹 Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
🔹 Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
🔹 Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and tax regulations.
🔹 Conduct inventory accuracy checks and oversee quarterly physical counts.
🔹 Assist with audits and tax filings as needed.
🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial accuracy and operational success.
🔹 Continuously seek process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
