Key Responsibilities:
Shipping and Order Fulfillment:
- Shipping Labels: Accurately create and manage shipping labels for customer orders and returns.
- Order Processing: Assist in the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer shipments.
Data Entry & Content Management:
- Accurately input and maintain product data, inventory, and customer information in internal databases and ERP system.
- Upload or update content for various customers who have online content/sales, including product descriptions, images. Ensure content is up to date and accurately reflects available inventory.
- Assist in creating and managing reports related to sales, inventory, and customer trends using Excel.
Office & Project Administration:
- Provide general administrative support across the organization. Ex: order entry, invoicing, answering phones/emails, assisting with open projects.
Organizational & Operational Support:
- Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records for easy access by team members.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements, especially in areas like data entry, content uploading, and order fulfillment.
- Support with customer service tasks, such as addressing customer inquiries related to orders, inventory, or shipping.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of administrative, data entry, or office operations experience, with a focus on logistics, shipping, or vendor management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and Microsoft Word.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-facing communication experience.
- Organizational Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own workflow.
- Dynamic & Independent Work Ethic:
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative and work independently without close supervision.
