Location: Warsaw, IN (Travel Required to all 6 Wildman facilities)

Your work will directly contribute to keeping our team safe and our operations running smoothly, so we can continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.
✔ Establish and drive a Safety-First culture through training, audits, and compliance programs.
✔ Conduct safety audits, analyze risk areas, and implement corrective actions.
✔ Develop and track key safety metrics and KPIs to measure success.
✔ Lead Safety Initiatives – Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and refine company
✔ Manage the Workers’ Compensation program.
✔ Oversee fleet safety operations, including the Samsara camera system.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
🔹 2-5 years of experience in safety compliance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
🔹 Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
🔹 Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to train, coach, and implement change management.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
