Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

Location: Warsaw, IN (Travel Required to all 6 Wildman facilities)

We’re seeking a passionate Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to drive a Safety-First culture, ensuring that our employees, facilities, and fleet operate at the highest standards of safety and compliance. Your work will directly contribute to keeping our team safe and our operations running smoothly, so we can continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.

✔ Establish and drive a Safety-First culture through training, audits, and compliance programs.

✔ Conduct safety audits, analyze risk areas, and implement corrective actions.

✔ Develop and track key safety metrics and KPIs to measure success.

✔ Lead Safety Initiatives – Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and refine company

✔ Manage the Workers’ Compensation program.

✔ Oversee fleet safety operations, including the Samsara camera system.

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.

🔹 2-5 years of experience in safety compliance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

🔹 Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.

🔹 Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

🔹 Ability to train, coach, and implement change management.

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
