About this role
Reporting to the Director, HR Business Partnering, you as an HR Business Partner you will play an instrumental role in how Wildpack builds our business. How? By developing strong relationships with our business leaders, you'll partner with them to translate business strategy into people strategy. This role is on-site, with 4 days minimum at our Austin, TX plant.
A day in the life : What you do
- Partner with leaders to provide coaching and guidance across range of areas i.e. D&I, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations
- Identify people focused solutions to continually enhance employee experience and engagement
- Be change management focused, as the business evolves so will our employee experience and offerings
- Champion people related programs & initiatives across the business
- Design, build and implement people related programs i.e., leadership training, engagement
- Collaborate with business partners on cross function projects
