Wildpack is a rapidly growing and established co-packaging and co-manufacturer with multi-site facilities for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Wildpack produces and packages ready-to-drink beverages for a variety of brand owners in the retail CPG space.

About this role

Reporting to the Director, HR Business Partnering, you as an HR Business Partner you will play an instrumental role in how Wildpack builds our business. How? By developing strong relationships with our business leaders, you'll partner with them to translate business strategy into people strategy. This role is on-site, with 4 days minimum at our Austin, TX plant.

A day in the life : What you do

  • Partner with leaders to provide coaching and guidance across range of areas i.e. D&I, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations
  • Identify people focused solutions to continually enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Be change management focused, as the business evolves so will our employee experience and offerings
  • Champion people related programs & initiatives across the business
  • Design, build and implement people related programs i.e., leadership training, engagement
  • Collaborate with business partners on cross function projects

Qualifications : What you know

  • Your success includes a strong background in payroll, working with both exempt and non-exempt workers.
  • Experience in ADP or similar programs
  • You've shown a track record of excellence over at least 3 years' in a HR partnering role working closely with leaders to enhance people strategy in a fast growing business
  • You possess (5 ) years' in the HR or a related field
  • During your career you have worked in a start-up environment or had significant involvement in developing & implementing people related projects within a mid- large organization.
  • You have achieved a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent work experience
