Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field including Vocational Rehabilitation or human services
- 3 years related experience with I/DD

Who are we looking for:
We are hiring for a Employment Services Manager, who enjoys helping individuals to achieve their highest possible level of vocational independence and also has the vision and ability to plan, coordinate and direct the Vocational and Supported Employment Services programs
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
- Executes policies and procedures to provide vocational services to people receiving services through person-centered planning, and in accordance with all governing regulations.
- Supports effective implementation of the philosophy of the vocational continuum, allowing the individuals to achieve their highest possible level of vocational independence.
- Coordinates service delivery including intakes, eligibility, counseling, vocational evaluation, job coaching, job analysis, job development, placement, recruitment, discharges, staff training and follow-up support to achieve program objectives.
- Serves as the primary agency contact for ACCES-VR services.
- Assists in the supervision and development of staff. Guides staff in understanding individual needs of persons with employment barriers.
- Promotes Wildwood employment services with businesses and ensures a proactive approach to business relations is utilized.
- Represents Wildwood with funding, regulatory and service-seeking agencies such as OPWDD, ACCES-VR, schools and others involved in vocational development and employment.
- Assures all mandated reporting and training requirements by Wildwood and Prepares oral and written reports to the Board, leadership and community partners of Wildwood and to government agencies agencies (OPWDD, ACCES-VR and DOL) are complete
Qualifications
Additional Requirements:
- A valid New York State Driver’s License and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.
- Daily access to an automobile is required. The position requires travel.
