Registered Nurse (RN) for Residential and Day Services
Salary Range $68,640-$90,480
This range reflects 20 years' experience

Education/Experience:
- RN degree from a regionally accredited college with one year of nursing experience and 2 years' experience
Certificates and Licenses:
- NYS License as a Registered Nurse.
- Certification in CPR.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates health care services for individuals including direct nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Assesses medical training needs of staff and assures that staff are adequately trained to perform ongoing medical care and treatment.
- Provides health education and training to the individuals.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team to meet the needs of the individuals.
- Ensures quality standards for nursing services are in compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies and the Nurse Practices Act.
- Works with community agencies in planning services to meet needs of the individuals.
Qualifications
Additional Requirements:
- A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required. Daily access to an automobile.
Salary : $68,640 - $90,480
