What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Wiley Inc.?
We are currently seeking a hardworking Delivery Driver to pick up, transport and drop off packages. This is a physically demanding job; therefore, you must have good strength and endurance. You should be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. We are looking for someone who will provide superior service to our customers: providing them with fast, friendly and efficient delivery/pickup service.
Responsibilities:
- Pickup and Deliver packages using a handheld scanner and gps.
- Drive and park vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform pre-delivery and post-delivery inspection on vehicle.
- Work in a team with other employees to complete deliveries on-time.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, properly maintained and equipped with required documents at all times.
- Work in compliance with company policies on driving, speed limits, delivery times etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $135.00 per day
