Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, possess exceptional troubleshooting skills, and exhibit a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures and systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances.
Diagnose plumbing issues using various tools and equipment, such as manometers, pressure gauges, snakes, hydro jet, and pipe cameras.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify the root cause of plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components of plumbing systems, such as pipes, faucets, toilets, and water heaters.
Install new plumbing systems or components as needed, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Test plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, or other issues, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
Provide estimates for plumbing services and communicate effectively with customers regarding service options, pricing, and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and service reports.
Always adhere to safety standards and procedures, including proper handling of tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in plumbing technology to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to a minimum of 50lbs as well as bend, squat, and stoop.
Must be able to crawl in crawl spaces, climb ladders, and be comfortable in high places.
Valid Journeyman license or Manometer License a plus.
3 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor and work in various environments.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
