Schedule: M-F

Job Description:

The New Construction Plumber performs new installs, retrofits and remodels of plumbing fixtures and appliances according to company standards. Providing the customer with a high-quality experience and leaving them satisfied.

Responsibilties:

• Arrive at jobsite at scheduled times and locations as dispatched.
• Operate a company vehicle as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatcher and carry out in a timely manner.
• Report problems with company tools or vehicles promptly.
• Perform new installs, retrofits, and remodelas of plumbing fixtures, appliances, pipes, accessories, etc. to code and industry standards.
• Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through company.
• Report problems with equipment to supervisors immediately to expedite approval of repairs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Complete all install related forms properly.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License & A Clean Insurable Driving Record
• You must own your own or demonstrate the willingness to invest in them, tools used in the install of plumbing fixtures, pipes, and equipment.
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training, including online and in-person seminars and classes.
• Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
• Display a working knowledge of new construction/retrofit plumbing
• OSHA 10 or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Proficiency in using the tools of the trade

Preferred Skills:

• NBOPE Journeyman Plumber Card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work

License/Certification:

• Journeyman Plumber (Preferred)
