As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects, serving federal government clients. These projects may include site development, stormwater management, environmental permitting, utility infrastructure, and pump station design.
You will provide team leadership, collaborate across disciplines, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure client satisfaction. You'll also mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Virginia or able to obtain reciprocity within 3 months of the start date.
- Some travel may be required.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain a security clearance.
