We're in search of an experienced Project Accountant to become an integral part of the team at our Lynchburg office. In this role, you'll be a key player in steering our company's financial health, collaborating closely with our CFO and project managers. As a project accountant, you'll take charge of various financial aspects, such as invoicing customers, monitoring project progress, and scrutinizing expenses. Furthermore, you'll be the key person in client communication, skilled at quickly solving any invoicing problems. Your role is crucial in making sure money keeps coming in, which is vital for our company's success.

Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting
- A minimum of 5 years Accounting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to establish work priorities and work independently.
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States
- Candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance
