We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our Architecture department in Richmond, VA . This role plays a key part in the development of complex, non-routine projects, leading architectural design from the proposal phase through to construction. As a Project Architect, you will oversee several projects of varying size simultaneously, developing and working closely with junior architectural staff across the company for support.

Requirements :
- Experience : 7-10 years in all phases of architectural projects
- Education : Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) from an NAAB-accredited university
- Certification : Registered Architect (RA) in Virginia or reciprocity within 3 months of start date
- Skills : Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to mentor staff
- Attributes : Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; adaptable and self-motivated
