- Strong knowledge of library operations, workflows, and a network of decision-makers at all levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster lasting customer relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Willingness to travel as needed to support sales initiatives and team development.
