Who you will work with

What You Will Work On
- Work closely with the customers, understanding & supporting the decision makers’ needs and be their main contact in WSS Customer Service
- Proactively identify, plan and follow up open quotes to turn this into orders
- Utilize Tools and knowledge about the customer, to leverage on Insights leading to adding Value to the Customer and increasing our Sales Growth
- Be an active member of the Sales team for the respective account portfolio
- Ensure appropriate problem solving and wide collaboration with other functions/stakeholders to fulfil customer needs in the most efficient way
- Customer visits in close collaboration with Sales
- Relevant education and/-or relevant work experience
- Fluent in English – both in writing and speaking
- Interest/experience in the shipping industry and marine products
- Excellent (telephone) sales skills
- Excellent organizing and executing skills: Delivers quality customer sales and service by planning ahead, working in a systematic and organized way and by following directions and procedures while focusing on customer satisfaction
- Customer focused with the ability to understand and react/adapt to their needs, and with the ability to turn opportunities into sales growth.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to act on Data Driven Insights
- Growth mindset – Having a “Can Do” attitude, looking for solutions to challenges
- Supporting and co-operating attitude: Adapts to the team and builds team spirit, listens, consults and communicates proactively and upholds ethics and values
