Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure effective and efficient case progression.
  • Perform client interviews and gather essential information to support case development.
  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters .
  • Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills to verify the full extent of client injuries and damages.
  • Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters, ensuring all client losses are clearly documented for maximum recovery.
  • Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and personalized client care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and comprehensive documentation throughout each case's lifecycle.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service , ensuring clients feel supported and informed.

Requirements

  • Organizational Skills : Demonstrated strength in organization and prioritization, with the ability to manage a high volume of cases while supporting multiple attorneys.
  • Attention to Detail : Highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to time management and accuracy in all aspects of case management.
  • Team Player : Positive attitude and collaborative approach, contributing to a productive team environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of experience in legal case management at a relevant law firm, specifically handling personal injury claims.
  • Legal Knowledge : knowledge of Colorado personal injury law and / or medical malpractice law a plus.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for client interactions and case negotiations.

  • Hourly Rate : $31.00-36.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
