Summary of Role (what you will do): Responsible answering high volume of incoming calls, operating switch boards, greeting firm visitors and clients. The candidate must be able to multi task while possessing a clear, pleasant, professional telephone voice and manner.
Required
· High School Graduate/GED
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Work schedule required: 9:30 A.M. – 6:30 P.M.
· Minimum 2 years or more of office and/or call center switchboard
experience

· Ability to work in both an independent and team environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Self-Starter that is capable of prioritizing decisions
· Perform additional administrative duties as provided
