As a Cath Lab Tech, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:
- One to two years of prior experience in Cath Lab/Special Procedures
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or registry eligible (by an authorized accredited Cardiovascular Association) to be obtained within 2 years of hire.
- Current BLS/ACLS Certification
About the Job:
- Performs a variety of cardiovascular procedures to provide an efficient, comfortable, and safe examination of all patients.
- Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures.
- Provide patient care to all invasive cardiology patients, including acquisition and reduction of all pertinent information related to their procedure.
- Provide didactic and clerical training to employee and CVT students. Patient care includes care to patients in the following age groups: adolescent (13 to 17 years), adult (18-64 years), and geriatric (over 64 years).
