Full Time or Part Time Part Time Essential Duties Summary
- Provide individual and/or group tutoring and academic support in-person and/or online
- Complete all required documentation for student visits to the ASC, including importing information into the electronic data collection system
- Navigate the online booking system and show students how to book electronic appointments for tutoring in-person or online
- Keep current with subject area information and best practices
- Partner with instructors for student success, including collaborating through embedded support as requested by supervisor
- Work collaboratively with others in a team environment; communicate effectively through Microsoft Teams, WCC email, and other college communication
- Support the overall ASC operations and shared responsibilities as required; market the ASC to students, faculty, and community
- Other related duties, training, and development as required by supervisor

- Strong computer skills (including familiarity with MS Office) and commitment to the use of technology in tutoring
- Ability to work effectively and collaborate with others in a team environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
