Wilkesboro Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.
The Maintenance Director will oversee all facility maintenance responsibilities. A qualified candidate must be self-motivated and have experience in facility maintenance. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents, families, staff, and vendors.
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years maintenance experience is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, team-building, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, grounds maintenance, and carpentry
- Experience with TELS platform is a plus
