Key Responsibilities:
- Review project blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand installation requirements.
- Lead and perform electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, company standards, and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate service records, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Communicate with clients to explain issues, proposed solutions, and associated costs.
Skills & Qualifications Needed to Win:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical field (primarily residential is preferred).
- Working knowledge in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical regulations.
- Technical expertise in wiring, circuit breakers, electrical panels, conduit bending, trenching, and using industry-standard tools.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers, team members, and other trades.
- Heart of a teacher – ability to train and guide upcoming technicians to build a stronger company culture.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged standing, walking, and movement around job sites.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and in elevated areas.
- Ability to reach overhead, manipulate small tools, wires, and electrical components.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
