This role is responsible for overseeing the entire customer service experience, from appointment setting to final billing. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and establishing a positive rapport with customers
- Determining customer needs and promoting products accordingly
- Estimating repair costs and preparing itemized service orders
- Initiating service orders and securing customer signatures
- Maintaining effective communication with customers and following up after work completion
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
