Seeking an experienced paint prep technician for high volume shop.
Must have knowledge of cleaning of panels, and sanding prior to painting.
Must have general knowledge of masking and tapping vehicles before entering in paint booth.
Experience with wet sanding and blocking procedures.
Be able to load vehicles into the paint booth to spray.
Inspect quality of repairs from body shop prior to prep.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Follow paint production schedule.
Provide quality and thorough work practices.
Be familiar with face paced and high volume shop.
Provide good communication skills, positive attitude and dependability.
