- Provide personalized attention to guests, addressing their purchases, inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a friendly demeanor.
- Exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding service that sets us apart from the competition.
Task Completion:
- Complete daily tasks assigned from the checklist and ensure each task is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized salesfloor environment, adhering to assigned cleaning and merchandising tasks.
Guest Security:
- Protect sensitive guest information, including rewards, payment, and identification details.
- Adhere to all security protocols to ensure guest and team safety.
Positive Interaction & Proactive Communication:
- Foster a supportive working environment through effective communication with team members.
- Help create a culture that exceeds guest expectations by resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain consistent attendance and communicate with supervisors if unavoidable absences occur.
