Marketing/Scheduling Coordinator

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing/Scheduling Coordinator who’s ready to take on this entry-level position and build their career within our practice!

The Marketing/Scheduling Coordinator’s primary focus is to help grow the practice by assisting with tasks in all areas of the business. This person will work directly with the Marketing Director to produce thoughtful campaigns & creative designs, run Marketing-related errands, and help to develop promotions to attract new patients to our office. Because Marketing is all about getting the phones to ring with new patients, it’s equally important that this person has outstanding customer service skills while answering phones 2-days per week. They will learn and be an advocate for our “5-Star Call” system, giving our patients stellar service over the phone!

We’re looking for somebody who is equally excited to take on general business/operational tasks and projects, which could include creating new documents and forms, helping track stats and analyze data, and taking on special projects throughout the office. This person will work with team members in all departments to bring ideas to life! Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing Director to maintain existing promotions and develop new internal and external campaigns that will attract new patients to the practice
• Create social media posts for our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts
• Implement our 5-Star Call system and answer phones 2-days per week
• Design recurring promotional materials including digital flyers, email campaigns, posters, etc.
• Run elements of our patient referral program
• Maintain our website and actively update elements to keep it current and relevant
• Manage our Google Reviews (generation and responding)
• Engage in internal marketing and cultural initiatives to increase employee engagement
• Proficient in digital design programs (Canva, etc.), Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), social media apps (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
