You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing and supporting clinical operations in a well-established, growing facility. With a competitive salary of $72,000 - $85,000, this role offers you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while working alongside a dedicated and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

• Quality & Compliance: Monitor and maintain clinical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations, accreditation, and evidence-based practices. Collaborate on improvements to enhance patient care.

• Operations Support: Assist with daily clinical operations, including patient intake processes, scheduling, and resource allocation. Coordinate with other departments for integrated service delivery.

• Staff Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to clinical team members, including licensure supervision when applicable. Foster a culture of continuous professional development.

• Documentation & EHR Management: Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards. Support staff in the use of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• Patient-Centered Care: Advocate for high-quality patient care by supporting effective communication and treatment planning across the clinical team.

• Community Engagement: Collaborate with community partners to promote the mission and services of the organization.

Qualifications:
Required:

• LCAS preferred, with additional licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) strongly encouraged.

• Experience in clinical supervision or program management within mental health or substance use treatment.

• Strong understanding of NC mental health regulations and clinical best practices.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field (Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or similar).

• Familiarity with EHR systems and their application in clinical settings.

• Certification or training in supervision or leadership development.
