At The Wilkinson Firm , we’re building an innovative retained HR and staffing firm focused exclusively on mental and behavioral health providers . Unlike traditional staffing firms, we combine full-desk recruiting, workforce management, and HR compliance into a high-value, relationship-driven service model .
We’re seeking a Co-Founder who will play a critical role in developing the business, acquiring clients, and scaling operations , with a revenue-sharing and profit-split model leading to an equity position based on performance.
What You’ll Do :
Co-Lead & Execute Business Growth Strategy – Develop and execute a scalable staffing and HR solutions model .
Own Sales & Business Development – Drive client acquisition, partnerships, and contract negotiations with mental & behavioral health providers.
Scale Operations & Build the Team – Oversee recruiters, sales reps, and HR consultants to ensure efficient talent placements and HR service execution .
Develop Strategic Partnerships – Establish The Wilkinson Firm as a trusted HR & staffing partner with healthcare agencies, licensing boards, and industry associations .
Ensure Operational Excellence – Implement best-in-class recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance processes .
Create & Refine Service Offerings – Expand and optimize retained HR solutions, fractional recruiting, and leadership development programs .
Build Financial & Revenue Models – Ensure profitability, scalability, and sustainable revenue growth through a retainer-based model and direct placement fees .
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in HR consulting, staffing, or recruitment leadership (preferably in healthcare, mental health, or behavioral health ).
Demonstrated success in business development, revenue growth, and client acquisition .
Ability to develop and execute a scalable business model —you understand pricing, profitability, and workforce management .
Strong operational leadership —you know how to build and optimize staffing workflows, recruiter performance, and service delivery .
Strategic sales mindset —you thrive in closing deals, developing partnerships, and securing long-term contracts .
Knowledge of compliance, credentialing, and regulatory requirements in healthcare staffing.
Existing industry relationships & networks (state licensing boards, healthcare providers, HR execs, or key decision-makers).
Experience with CRM, ATS, and HR technology platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Bullhorn, or equivalent).
SHRM, PHR, or staffing industry certifications (preferred but not required).
Compensation & Growth Model
