Summary: To assist in the attainment of District goals by keeping the District’s fleet of vehicles and equipment running in the most efficient and economical manner.
Key Duties:
- Perform State Inspections on all types of vehicles
- Ensure all safety standards for job performance and industry standards as to qualify and time guidelines are adhered to
- Make emergency calls as assigned by supervisors when vehicles have problems in the field
- Perform automotive, light truck, heavy truck, bus and heavy equipment repair, tune- up and adjustments
