We’re looking for a Staffing Sales Representative to sell recruiting and HR solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue. This role is perfect for a hunter, a closer, and a relationship-builder who thrives in high-energy, high-reward sales environments.
What You’ll Do:
Sell Staffing & HR Solutions – Connect mental health providers with our full-desk recruiting and workforce solutions.
Develop & Manage a Sales Pipeline – Identify, pursue, and close staffing contracts with mental & behavioral health agencies.
Prospect & Cold Call – Use outbound sales, networking, and referrals to generate leads and build relationships.
Negotiate & Close Deals – Consult with clients on their workforce needs and deliver custom HR & recruiting solutions.
Work Closely with Recruiters – Ensure smooth client handoffs to the recruiting team to fill roles quickly and efficiently.
Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role with uncapped commission potential.
What We’re Looking For:
2 years of experience in B2B sales, staffing sales, or HR services sales.
Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
Strong understanding of recruiting, HR services, or healthcare staffing (preferred but not required).
Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills—you know how to close and retain clients.
Self-starter with a hunter mentality—you’re motivated by sales, commissions, and building something big.
Experience using CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho (or willingness to learn).
