We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven VP of Sales & Partnerships to lead our business development efforts, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic HR service contracts and recruiting partnerships .
What You’ll Do :
Develop & Execute a Scalable Sales Strategy – Define and refine sales processes to acquire HR consulting, staffing, and workforce management clients .
Lead Business Development & Partnerships – Build a robust pipeline of mental and behavioral health providers looking for outsourced HR & staffing solutions .
Own the Sales Funnel – From outreach to closing , you’ll drive new business acquisition through consultative selling and long-term relationship building .
Expand Our Market Presence – Position The Wilkinson Firm as the go-to HR & talent partner for behavioral health agencies in NC, SC, and GA .
Collaborate with Leadership – Work directly with our CEO & advisory board to refine service offerings and create custom workforce solutions for clients.
Drive Revenue & Profitability – Implement a commission-based sales model with tiered HR solutions and recruiting contracts .
What We’re Looking For :
5 years of sales leadership experience in HR services, healthcare staffing, or professional services .
A proven track record of closing B2B service contracts and building long-term partnerships .
Strong knowledge of behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare-related industries .
Strategic sales expertise —you understand RFPs, contract negotiations, and enterprise service agreements .
A hunter mentality —you thrive on networking, outbound sales, and creating revenue-generating opportunities .
Experience with HubSpot, Zoho, or other CRM platforms for pipeline management.
SHRM, PHR, or HR-related credentials (a plus but not required).
