What You’ll Do:

As the Clinic Manager for Behavioral Health, you can make a difference with your staff and patients every day! By providing exceptional care and personalized management, you will provide a better quality of life for everyone. Collaborate with therapists, clinical support staff, and office staff to provide patient-centered care at an affordable price.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Accredited diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing

· Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Illinois or a reciprocal State

· Bachelor’s degree in health care management, nursing, psychology, counseling, or social work

· Three (3) years of experience in a clinic or outpatient psychiatric or healthcare setting

· Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must possess a valid Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance.

· Verification of employment eligibility.

DESIRED:

· Bilingual in Spanish

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, and electronic medical records
