What You’ll Do:
As the Patient Access Manager, you will help ensure that our providers are reaching our community through scheduled appointments and access to helpful resources provided by Will County Health Department.
· Streamline scheduling and registration between patients and providers
· Cultivate an informed and professional staff to accommodate patients and providers
· Oversee and maintain high standards of customer service for patient registration and call center
· Motivate and lead a team of hardworking staff that serves and benefits the patients of our Community Health Center in Joliet, IL.
Scheduled hours of Monday – Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm, as well as a rotating Saturday scheduling once every two months.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of experience at supervisory level in a healthcare setting
· One (1) year of experience with an Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) system
· One (1) year of experience with medical practice schedule management
REQUIREMENTS:
· Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility
· Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance
