Provides evaluative, diagnostic, and comprehensive treatment services to adults and adolescents experiencing life-area impact from the use of substances. Must have the ability to work some Saturdays and evening hours. Must have the ability to work at Health Department satellite office facilities. Minimum Qualifications: An individual who meets the minimum credentials for either the Qualified Mental Health Professional or the Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts, as established by Title 59: Mental Health, Chapter IV: Department of Human Services, Part 132 Medicaid Community Mental Health Services Program. The applicant must possess a minimum of two (2) years of documented experience in direct clinical substance use counseling.
