POSITION: Staff Nurse II, III, or IV (FHS/701)
DIVISION: Family Health Services

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Candidate will provide case management services to clients in our Better Birth Outcomes, High Risk Infant Follow-up, Medical Case Management for children at-risk, and lead poisoning prevention programs. Home visits could be required. Schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Please, apply at www.willcountyhealth.org.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Staff Nurse II: Accredited Diploma or Associates in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Illinois or reciprocal State required. Staff Nurse III: Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Illinois or reciprocal State required. Staff Nurse IV: Accredited Master's degree in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Illinois or reciprocal State required.
REQUIREMENTS: Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility. Must possess a valid Illinois Driver’s License with minimum auto liability insurance.
DESIRED: Bi-lingual in Spanish
