Job Description:
Bilingual Learners Camp offers an immersive learning experience designed to enhance language acquisition, literacy, and mathematics skills. Students will engage with the online program, Imagine Learning, a dynamic platform tailored to meet the needs of bilingual learners. Through interactive lessons, adaptive activities, and targeted support, participants will strengthen their language proficiency while improving reading comprehension, writing, and mathematical problem-solving abilities. This program provides a fun and effective way for students to continue their learning over the summer, ensuring progress in both their academic and language development.?

Teacher Hours:?
- 8:00am-11:20am (including breakfast and lunch supervision)
- 40 minutes of daily paid prep time
- Total hours per day: 4

Teacher Days:?
- Student Program Dates: June 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27
- Pre-Program set-up: June 12; 9:00am-12:00pm (3 hours)
- Training (provided virtually by program vendor): 2 hours; Date TBD

Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate
- Certification in CPR and first aid?required
- Must be available during the time requirements of the position?
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and engage students
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive professional with a growth mindset

Responsibilities:
- Provide effective instructional methods based on virtual Imagine Learning modules
- Submit attendance records
- Plan appropriate instruction to support diverse student needs
- Supervise students during breakfast and lunch
