Will-Mor Manufacturing is looking for a CNC Programming Engineer for our growing company!

Will-Mor Manufacturing is a fast-paced and quickly growing precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries. In business since 1952, Will-Mor has grown to be a go-to supplier for many of the country’s largest OEMs, and as we continue to grow, we are looking to add motivated team members to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programming 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC Lathes (live tooling).
  • Fixture and tool design.
  • Create and define the manufacturing process.
  • Develop 2D process drawings, work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets, and “shop floor” inspection methodology.
  • Troubleshoot and assist set-up personnel of complex prototypes and production parts.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5 years of experience in CNC programming.
  • 5 years of experience using the latest revision of Cad Cam programming software (NX preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in CNC machining for complex parts.
  • Excellent blueprint reading skills & thorough understanding of GD&T.
  • Experience with metrology tools % processes for part inspection.
  • Experience G code programming at the machine control.
  • Good communication skills, math skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Positive customer-focused attitude.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Honest with good integrity.
  • Professional demeanor and respect for people in all situations.
  • Flexible and willing to help others as needs and tasks change often.
  • Team player.
  • Works in an office and machine shop environment.
  • May continuously walk, bend, and lift 40 lbs.
  • Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
  • Must Meet ITAR requirements.
