As a Talent and Payroll Coordinator, you’ll be the first impression of Will Source — someone who reflects our high standards, positive energy, and commitment to quality. You’ll play a critical role in helping us serve our clients and talent with professionalism, accuracy, and warmth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the face and voice of Will Source — warmly greet visitors and answer incoming calls with energy and professionalism
- Conduct applicant screenings and schedule interviews, helping the right talent meet the right opportunity
- Manage lobby traffic and skills testing to keep the recruitment process moving smoothly
- Process new-hire paperwork from start to finish (tax forms, I-9s, safety docs, background checks, etc.)
- Keep applicant and client files organized and up to date — both digitally and physically
- Collect, process, and double-check timesheets for accurate payroll and billing
- Generate and send out client invoices, and help manage accounts receivable
- Maintain office and safety supply inventory (and keep things looking sharp!)
- Follow up with applicants to complete their onboarding
- Work hand-in-hand with sales and recruiting teams to deliver outstanding service
- Represent Will Source at community job fairs and local networking events
- Contribute to special projects, bring fresh ideas, and be part of our evolving success story
Who You Are:
- A people-person with a passion for helping others succeed

- Someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional polish every day
- Comfortable with tech — you can navigate Microsoft Office, work with digital records, and type at least 40 WPM
- You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in clerical, customer service, payroll, or recruiting support
