Will The Homebuyer is looking for an experienced Acquisition Manager to lead the procurement and acquisition of residential properties in and around Indianapolis. This role requires the ability to follow a reliable sales process and analyze housing market data to make cash offers on properties in as-is condition. The ideal candidate has a background in sales. This position is crucial for the success of our organization, and we’re looking for someone who’s highly skilled, disciplined, and motivated.
Duties include:
- Attend 15-25 appointments per month.
- Keep up-to-date notes in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Meet with potential buyers to understand their problems and issues that could be solved with the sale of their property.
- Manage a pipeline of leads with regular follow-ups and updates.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and successful closings.
- Work through a database of warm leads for additional opportunities.
- Have challenging conversations and ask tough questions to ensure success for sellers and team members.
- Ensure that all acquisition activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, title companies, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and cost-effective closings.

- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

- Attend regular sales training classes to learn how to negotiate offers effectively.
Here’s what you’ll get:
- A competitive, performance based pay ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 in the first year
