As a Game Master, you'll be responsible for creating an immersive and exciting experience for our guests. You'll guide them through our escape room, offering clues and hints to help them solve the puzzles and escape before the clock runs out. Your energy, enthusiasm, and wit will keep our guests engaged and excited throughout the entire experience.
Main Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Greet guests and provide an introduction to the rules and concept of the game
- Set up and reset the escape room for each group of guests
- Monitor the game progress of each group and provide timely and relevant hints and clues
- Keep the game moving smoothly, on time, and within the rules of the game
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the game
- Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for puzzles and games
- Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for making guests happy
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an escape room or related field is preferred, but not required
- Set building is a plus
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event planning is a plus
