Position Summary:
The Medication Monitor is responsible for implementing procedures for monitoring client self-administration of medications, inventory, and maintaining/ordering residents' prescriptions. We are looking for a candidate with a great attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and solid prior experience dispensing medications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong at multi-tasking, and dedicated to high-quality patient care.
Location and Shift:
This position is located at our Carlton House Men's Residential facility.
Monday through Friday Swing Shift (2:00pm to 10:00pm)
Compensation:
Pay Rate: Starts at $17.85 Hr. Depending on certification and experience level

Requirements
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
- H.S. Completion or equivalent
- Relevant experience in one of the following: handling medications, Pharmacy services, CNA, EMT, or Medical Assisting.
- Proficient with technology
- Current CPR certification or ability to quickly certify through the agency.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Valid Oregon Driver's Licence and Clean 3-year driving history
Employment Requirements:
- Criminal Background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening (Including THC)
