Summary:
The Residential Counselor assistant is responsible for assisting the clinical team, (counselors, admissions specialists, and support specialists) in daily functions within the residential unit. The assistant will receive on-the-job training as well as clinically supervised work experience in working toward certification.
This is a full-time position Tuesday- Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation: Starts at $21/ hr (with MHACBO CADC-R)

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- CADC- R Certification or Above
- High school / GED Completion
Willamette Family Employment Requirements:
- Criminal Background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening (Including THC)
