Willamette Family is looking for a Full-Time Program Assistant for Withdrawal Management in our Buckley Detox program. This position is a part of the expansion of our current services. The Buckley Detox Program has a new building underway! With the construction of our NEW Buckley location that will allow for an expansion of crucial substance use treatment services for our community.

Position Overview:
Willamette Family is seeking a Program/Admissions Assistant to join our care team within the withdrawal management and medical residential program at our new Buckley location Willamette Family is a leader in the State in providing this advanced level of care and is excited to offer this position to a qualified individual who is eager to be part of its implementation and development.
Position: Full-time, 40 hrs./ week
Employment Type: Employee (W-2), Hourly, Non-Exempt
Shift and Schedule: Must be available for Swing and Dayshift
Compensation: Starting wage is $18.90/ Hour

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS/ GED Completion
- Meet WF driving requirements to drive company
- Valid Drivers License
- 3 Year (consecutive) Driving history
- DMV record that is free of infractions for the past 3 years
The Ideal Candidates will have:
- An understanding of substance use disorders
- The ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, and others with diverse ethnic backgrounds, religious views, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles and sexual orientations and treat each individual with respect and dignity
- Competency in understanding substance abuse treatment practices.
Employment Requirements:
- This role requires the Program Assistant to be available on-site; Must be located in the Eugene, OR area or be willing to commute.
- Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services (Initiated post-offer)
- Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC) (Initiated post-offer)
Job Duties:
As a Program Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth program operations and excellent service to clients and the public.
- Manage Telephone Reception: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide general program information.
- Assist Walk-In Clients & Visitors: Greet and support individuals seeking assistance by providing information and directing them appropriately.
- Perform General Office Tasks: Handle copying, faxing, sorting mail, and assisting individuals in completing forms as needed.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist the administrative team with clerical tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
- Ensure Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct Intakes & Orientations: Facilitate client admissions by completing required paperwork and enrolling individuals in electronic filing systems.
- Support Program Leadership: Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Program Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or Program Director.
