Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all daily janitorial duties, including trash disposal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry.
- Ensure the cleanliness of common and employee spaces, including: restrooms, break rooms, and locker rooms.
- Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager regarding any emergencies or issues that arise.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored after use, reporting any low inventory.
- Assist in the Parking Department, or with other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of janitorial safety processes and procedures.
- Occasionally lift, push or pull 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.
- Knowledge of common chemicals and their nature, hazards, safety, and health issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Available to work on weekends and holidays.
