Willamette Valley Mental Health is currently seeking compassionate and experienced mental health clinicians to deliver mental health services to members of our beautiful community! Associates working towards licensure are encouraged to apply!

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a mental health therapist who has experience in private practice settings. The ideal candidate should value flexibility and autonomy and be interested in a full time W-2 position. Willamette Valley Mental Health is a family oriented, supportive and collaborative environment, the ideal candidate should share similar values!

Immediate openings

Highly competitive wage: 60% of the completed claim payment, monthly wages depend on how many completed sessions are billed ($80-120k approximate annually)

Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to patients with mental health conditions
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Implement treatment plans
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress, interventions, and observations in EHR

Skills:
- Proficient in using DSM-5 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, IFS
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and gather relevant information for treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare teams
- Understanding of therapeutic principles and ability to provide appropriate support and resources to patients
- Good written and verbal communication skills for accurate documentation
