Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a mental health therapist who has experience in private practice settings. The ideal candidate should value flexibility and autonomy and be interested in a full time W-2 position. Immediate openings
Highly competitive wage: 60% of the completed claim payment, monthly wages depend on how many completed sessions are billed ($80-120k approximate annually)
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to patients with mental health conditions
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Implement treatment plans
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress, interventions, and observations in EHR
Skills:
- Proficient in using DSM-5 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health conditions and treatments
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, IFS
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and gather relevant information for treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare teams
- Understanding of therapeutic principles and ability to provide appropriate support and resources to patients
- Good written and verbal communication skills for accurate documentation
