We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales-Focused HVAC Service Manager to lead our HVAC service team. This role combines technical expertise in HVAC systems with a strong emphasis on sales and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will drive service revenue growth while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Job Responsibilities :
Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and mentor HVAC service technicians to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategies to increase service sales, including maintenance agreements, system upgrades, and repair services.Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to foster loyalty and repeat business.Performance Monitoring : Analyze service performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve sales targets and improve efficiency.Technical Support : Provide technical assistance to the service team and clients, troubleshooting complex HVAC issues as needed.Budget Management : Oversee the service department budget, ensuring financial targets are met while managing costs effectively.Marketing Collaboration : Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight service offerings.Compliance and Safety : Ensure that all service operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.Job Qualifications :
5 years in HVAC management, with a strong sales background.Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field preferred.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Relevant HVAC certification.Physical Work Requirements :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift to 75 pounds.Understanding safety protocols and the ability to wear person protective equipment.Activities involve attics and crawl spaces, being around moving parts and equipment, and exposure to changes in heat temperature and humidity occur potentially.Why Willard East :
