Job Overview
As a Home and Community Aide, you will provide personalized support and assistance to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Manage medication schedules and assist with medication administration
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- PCA or HHA certification preferred
- At least six months of experience in home care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
