Willcare is a leading provider of home and community-based services. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of RN Field Team Supervisor.
This position is responsible for coordinating high-quality, cost-effective patient care. The successful candidate will oversee the operations and operational flow of the agency, including performance and oversight of crucial activities such as scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing, and reimbursement processes.
- Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of experience working with a Certified Home Health Agency.
The Field Team Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that patients receive seamless and comprehensive care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for training and directing provisions of nursing and personal care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians or authorized by state/program regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards.
- Complete clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements.
Licensure and Certification: Must have current RN licensure in the state of practice, along with CPR certification.
