Job Summary
The Home and Community Aide provides personalized support and assistance with daily living activities, ensuring our clients' comfort and dignity in their own homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director
- Drives safely and complies with traffic regulations
- Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, skin care, and transfers
- Assists with household tasks essential to clients' personal care
Requirements
- PCA or HHA certification required
- Six months experience in home care preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and function in any home situation
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Must possess a strong commitment to the organization's goals and philosophy
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting rate of $19.00 per hour, as well as benefits, flexible schedules, and weekly pay.
