Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cold forming and heading machinery in a production setting.
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in minor machine setups and repairs as needed.
- Work closely with team leads to identify and resolve production issues.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for quality control.
- Perform routine lubrication of machinery and products.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment following company policies.
- Accurately complete daily production paperwork.
About You:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical principles and production techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements using calipers and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
