The role will include
- Completing work on Quality Manual for Certification
- Conduct and supervise internal audits
- Conduct quarterly management review meetings and present KPIs.
- Conduct Supplier Audits
- Streamline processes for efficiency
- Write SOPs as per ISO9001 for quality and safety processes
- Assemble daily data analysis of production fall out
- Analyze trends in production failures
- Capture customer and supplier OTD data
- Conduct CAPA investigations
- Conduct ISO training
- Conduct all on boarding and visitor safety presentations
- Conduct Risk Assessments on all machines
- Conduct production incident investigations using the Fishbone and the 5 Whys
- Conduct regular quality requirements training with all employees.
