Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., has an opening for a Document Control Inspector/Permit Clerk in the Stevenson Ranch, CA area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and help the Property Rehab/Code Enforcement (PR/CE) program in addition to regular office duties.
- Answering phones, responding to emails, etc.
- Assisting with permit research, assessor document collection, process PR/CE case files.
- Data entry, producing case documents such as notices, photo sheets, maps, etc. This will include review of case files for completeness and preparing District Attorney Referrals.
- Training will be provided on how to use EnerGov permit system and processing of all PR/CE documents and case management.
- Expected to help facilitate the scheduling of inspections and/or answering customer calls about PR/CE inquiries.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Three (3) or more years of experience as a Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk or Permit Coordinator required.
